335 : christmas tree smell

This year the holidays are a little strange for me....it's the first time in 6 years that Christmas won't be spent with my ex. Not that that is a bad thing... it's actually an incredibly good thing. It's just a bit of an adjustment.

While I hemmed and hawed about whether to actually get a tree this year, once I caught a whiff from the tree lot, I knew I'd be sorry if I didn't. I'm proud to say that I have a cute little 5' Charlie Brown of a Christmas tree in my living room.

Afterall, fresh Christmas tree smell = happiness.
